Hivenora

About

We believe AI accountability is infrastructure, not a checkbox.

Why we're building this

AI agents are being deployed faster than the infrastructure to manage them. Teams are shipping autonomous systems that book meetings, review contracts, screen candidates, and approve transactions — with no logging, no access controls, and no way to explain a decision if something goes wrong.

The EU AI Act changed this from a best practice to a legal requirement. But the tools that exist are either built for data scientists, or enterprise GRC platforms that cost more than most startups raise in a seed round.

Hivenora is the missing layer. Middleware that any team can plug into their existing agent stack, that gives them full visibility into what their agents are doing — and auto-generates the compliance documentation the EU AI Act requires.

We're building in the open, with our first customers, from Bulgaria. EU-native from day one.

What we stand for

Transparency by default

AI decisions should be explainable. Not as an afterthought, but as a first principle of how you build.

EU-native, globally relevant

The EU AI Act is the strictest AI regulation in the world. Meeting it means meeting any standard. We build for it from line one.

Built with, not for

We're building Hivenora with our first customers — their real problems, their real agents, their real constraints.

Simple above all

Governance tooling doesn't need to be complex. If it takes more than a day to integrate, we've failed.
